Along with the PC techs and Software Specialists that Dell needed for their new TV show WE MEAN BUSINESS, they also needed cabling technicians. To fill this specialty skill, Dell turned to one of its Managed Partners, Integrated Network Cable (INC), to provide several wiring technicians at each of the small business locations.

“We handpicked a couple of our very best technicians from our nationwide network of cabling partners to assist with the project and they did an outstanding job,” says INC’s Vice President, Patrick Gifford. “Each of the locations was a unique challenge to wire. Having never seen these locations prior to our arrival onsite, we really had to craft solutions on the fly to run the voice, data and AV cables required. Our installers exhibited incredible patience, some creativity and a can do attitude to successfully do our part for the team. We all worked together and really helped improve each of the stores.”

Dell’s WE MEAN BUSINESS program will air on A&E Television starting September 6 at 10AM/9C during the network’s weekend lifestyle block.   WE MEAN BUSINESS grapples with the impending doom of small business owners about to lose it all. From the single mother whose specialty store is more than $200,000 in debt to the bakery owner who has been hiding huge losses from her husband, a team of experts will help increase profits, bring in new customers, streamline technology, and redesign these struggling stores.
